Yoga Journaling and Meditation Series
When: Sundays , 1/21, 1/28, 2/4 and 2/11
Location: Moonlight Ballroom
(175 Rock Road, Glen Rock)
Time: 11:00-11:45 for 2nd and 3rd graders
11:45-12:30 for 4th and 5th graders
12:30-1:15 for Middle Schoolers
Through the practice of yoga, students will be inspired to explore their thinking and reflect on their feelings. Yoga can help nourish self-esteem, empowering students to confidently express themselves through journaling. Weaving yoga breathing, poses, and meditation with various journaling exercises, students will love this workshop’s organic approach.
Children should wear comfortable clothing. Please bring water bottle and a yoga mat. Journals and pencils will be provided.
