This workshop is for mothers during any stage of motherhood. As a result of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting, many women experience postnatal pain and symptoms, both immediately and in the longterm. In this class, we will teach you how to practice yoga in a way that is beneficial to restoring our postnatal bodies without causing or aggravating any postnatal conditions. With Niva's guidance and Julie's extensive training in pre and postnatal yoga, these postures are specifically chosen so that women in this class can feel comfortable and confident. Women will gain strength, flexibility and improved posture without risking injury. The intense demands of pregnancy, birthing and motherhood take a toll on a woman’s body, and require a special sort of class. We are thrilled to be sharing these unique techniques with you!
