​The teen years can be tough for a girl to maintain a positive body image. They often feel pressure to have the perfect body and face. Through the practice of yoga, girls (AND MOMS) can create a mind body awareness that helps to improve body image and self esteem. In this empowering workshop, moms and daughters will learn how to work together and support each other through yoga postures, meditation, journaling and group discussion.

SPECIAL GUEST, DANI SPIES will lead a group discussion about creating body love and self acceptance!
