It is a great bridge between the creative -play family yoga classes and an adult yoga studio practice. Many of the postures will be familiar from creative-play yoga, but as the kids mature physically and mentally they can engage with yoga on a deeper level. This introduction to yoga is a great way to lay the groundwork for a healthy and mindful lifestyle. Students may attend with or without a parent. What to Wear/Bring: Yoga mat Water bottle |
