Prenatal yoga is an empowering class for the mama to be! The intense demands of pregnancy, birthing and mothering require a yoga practice that is both challenging and restorative. This class is structured just like a regular vinyasa class however all asanas are modified for the growing belly. We will practice sun salutes, standing and seated postures and conclude with a relaxing, restorative sequence. By cultivating mindfulness and awareness in the moment and participating in a community of other mothers- to-be, a woman can begin to prepare for this exciting transformation in life.
