Postnatal Yoga Series
Date: Sundays, Feb 21st,28th and March 6th

Cost: $55 for the series or $20 for a single class
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle
Post-natal yoga is a great way to bring some attention back to yourself while taking a break from your demanding role as a new mother. Caring for a baby takes a huge amount of physical and mental energy. New moms need time to restore their mind and body by building strength and flexibility while giving themselves a mental release from their parenting duties. In this workshop, we will focus on postures that release tension and reduce fatigue while also working to regain stamina. We will, also pay close attention to the abdominals and work on toning the uterus.
This workshop is suitable for new moms (6 weeks after birth) as well as those moms who just never got the time to take care of their body and spirit after they gave birth. Please come with questions. We will take time at the end of each class for students to receive individual attention to address personal needs. By the end of the each class, moms should feel refreshed and ready for motherhood!
