Mother Daughter Valentine's Day Class

Moms, bring your special girl to this Valentine’s Day themed workshop for mothers and their daughters ages 6-10. We will flow through an energetic and playful yoga sequence, strengthen bonds with partner poses and deepen connections through breath work and meditation. The class will end with crafting a personalized bracelet for mothers and daughters to gift each other. Enjoy this creative class that is a sincere reflection of love!
