In this 3 week series, mom's and daughters will learn how to work together and support each other through yoga postures and meditation. In this series, classes will be centered around themes such as body awareness, self esteem and respect.
When a child (and adult) displays great strength, focus and flexibility in a yoga class, it does wonders for their confidence. Everyone will leave feeling empowered and and relaxed! Space is limited!
